Does touching the thigh without a barrier nullify ablution, or is it only touching the front or back private parts that nullifies it?

Touching the thigh does not necessitate Wudu' by consensus, nor does touching the testicles, the hairy area, or the area between the buttocks. Wudu' is only invalidated by touching the penis and the anus, according to the majority of scholars.
