What is the ruling on hanging keys that have Qur’anic verses on them and placing them above a wall with shoes beneath them? And is this considered a form of debasement?

A keychain with Quranic verses written on it should not be used, due to the fear of it being disrespected. Placing it in a high place with shoes beneath it is not considered an act of disrespect.
