The answer

Among the most important books on the terminology of Qur'anic sciences are: "Al-Itqan fi Ulum al-Qur'an" by Al-Suyuti, "Al-Burhan" by Al-Zarkashi, "Manahil al-Irfan" by Al-Zarqani, and "Mabahith fi Ulum al-Qur'an" by Manna' al-Qattan.

There are also terms related to Usul (principles of Islamic jurisprudence) in the commentaries on "Jam' al-Jawami'," "Al-Kawkab al-Sati'," and the commentaries on "Al-Maraqi." Additionally, terms related to Qira'at (recitations) and Rasm (orthography) can be found in "Al-Nashr," the commentaries on "Al-Shatibiyyah," and the commentaries on "Mawrid al-Zaman."
