The answer

There is no authentic that specifies the identity of the fathers of the two girls mentioned in the story of Musa (عليه السلام) in Surat Al-Qasas. Ibn Jarir said: "This is something whose knowledge cannot be attained except through a report, and there is no report concerning it whose authority is binding. Therefore, no statement regarding it is more correct than what Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, stated: 'And he found besides them two women keeping back [their flocks]'" [Quran 28:23].
