The answer

Memorizing the Quran is a religious requirement, and the memorizer who is neither excessive nor negligent in its recitation is among the people with the highest status on the Day of Judgment. The best way to memorize the Quran is to learn it from a skilled teacher who knows the rules and corrects mistakes. If this is not possible, someone who does not make clear mistakes in recitation can memorize the Quran on their own, seeking help from recordings of skilled reciters. However, for someone who makes clear mistakes, they should not attempt to memorize until they are able to read correctly, learning directly from a teacher.
