Is it permissible to fragment verses when writing them in this manner to facilitate memorizing the Holy Quran?

Breaking down verses into short paragraphs or sentences is permissible for the purpose of memorization, provided one is careful to know where to pause and resume recitation, and to avoid severing interconnected phrases in meaning. This is because knowing the proper pauses is half the science of Tajweed (definition) (Qur'anic recitation rules). Pauses are divided into optional (Ikhtiyari) and obligatory (Idtirari). If the meaning is complete, the pause is optional and is categorized as: perfect (Tam) – no connection to what follows; sufficient (Kafi) – connected in meaning; or good (Hasan (definition)) – connected in wording, and one may pause on it without necessarily resuming from what follows, unless it is the end of a verse. If the meaning is not complete, pausing on it is obligatory (Idtirari) and is called ugly (Qabih). One should not intentionally pause on it except out of necessity, such as a shortness of breath, as it yields no benefit or corrupts the meaning.
