The answer

There is no harm in drinking cold or hot water during recitation, nor in returning a greeting or answering a questioner. There is no evidence for the of saying " Sadaqallahul Azeem " (Allah the Almighty has spoken the truth) after finishing recitation. It is permissible to read the Quran in transportation and crowded places silently if it does not lead to disturbance or embarrassment for others. Some jurists are of the opinion that it is disliked to read in the street and market due to the reader being distracted by looking at people.
