What is the ruling on establishing a YouTube channel to explain practical Tajwid and to perfect performance and recitation, with dedicated WhatsApp groups for this purpose, knowing that the one undertaking this work wears a niqab and does not mix with men, but the channel's statistics show that the percentage of male followers is 11%?

This work in itself is good and noble, and a good service for learning Tajweed (definition) and improving Quranic recitation, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach it."

However, publishing it on YouTube or elsewhere, with men following it, is not free from a legal prohibition. This is because applying Tajweed necessitates softening and refining the voice, which contradicts the words of Allah Almighty: "Then do not be soft in speech, lest he in whose heart is disease should covet, but speak with appropriate speech." (Al-Ahzab: 32).

Furthermore, teaching Tajweed requires uncovering the face to demonstrate the articulation points of the letters, and covering the face is obligatory according to what we deem most correct.

These two are prohibitions that prevent the publication of clips followed by men. A way can be sought to publish them in women's groups on WhatsApp, Telegram, and similar platforms.
