What is the ruling on the simple celebration that some women hold after memorizing the Qur’an, which includes reading from the end of the Mushaf and then connecting it to its beginning (Al-Fatihah and five verses from Al-Baqarah) with the aim of not interrupting the recitation?

Celebrating the completion of Quran memorization is not a Sunnah (definition) (prophetic tradition), and there is no harm in it if it is a customary expression of joy, and not considered part of the religion. It is recommended to recite something from the Quran without being restricted to a specific Surah (definition) or characteristic. As for supplicating upon completing the Quran, it is good. And there is no objection to calling the female teacher "Shaykhah." The Hadith (definition) reported about "the one who travels and then sets off again" is weak, and it does not mean connecting the end of the Quran with its beginning.
