Is it sufficient to recite adhkar by moving the tongue and lips, even with errors in pronouncing some letters, and is the recitation considered correct then?

The majority of scholars hold the view that reciting adhkar (remembrances of Allah) requires moving the tongue and hearing oneself, while some others believe that merely moving the tongue is sufficient. The majority argue that the reward associated with adhkar is only attained through speech, which necessitates vocalization with the tongue, the minimum of which is hearing oneself. They cite the Qudsi Hadith (definition): "I am with My servant when he remembers Me, and his lips move with My remembrance." Al-Shawkani, on the other hand, is of the opinion that mere vocalization and moving the tongue are sufficient. Ibn Taymiyyah emphasized the obligation of moving the tongue during the obligatory dhikr in prayer and its desirability for recommended dhikr. For someone unable to pronounce some letters accurately, they are required to produce what they can, for Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity, and they should move their tongue as much as they are able.
