Is the Fajr prayer, when performed after its prescribed time, still to be recited audibly or not?

If someone misses the Fajr prayer until sunrise, they should make it up by reciting aloud, so that the make-up prayer resembles the performed prayer, whether they pray it alone or as an Imam. This is based on the agreed-upon Hadith (definition) of Abu Qatadah concerning their sleeping through the Fajr prayer, which states: "Then Bilal gave the call to prayer, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed two rak'ahs, then he prayed the morning prayer and did as he used to do every day."
