The answer

Prostration of recitation ( al-Tilawah) in prayer occurs immediately after reciting the verse of prostration, as indicated by the action of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. If one bows (rukūʿ) before the prostration of recitation, the prostration is waived. During the prostration of recitation, one says: "My face has prostrated to the One who created it and gave it hearing and sight by His might and power." After prostrating, the worshipper may either continue reciting or bow directly.
