What is the ruling on the Friday preacher reciting, at the end of the sermon: (And establish prayer. Indeed, prayer prohibits immorality and wrongdoing, and the remembrance of Allah is greater. And Allah knows that which you do)?

The statement by the preacher: "Perform the prayer; verily, prayer prevents indecency and evil" is not from the Sunnah (definition) and was not reported from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) nor from the early generations (Salaf). The Imam should descend immediately after the sermon and the prayer should be established.
