If the reading is from the (copy of the Qur’an) and the reader is not afflicted with urinary incontinence, it is not permissible to touch the Mushaf without ablution, according to the four Imams. As for reading from a mobile phone, with a barrier, or by heart, purity is not a condition for it, and the passing of wind does not matter in this case.
