The answer

Al-madhy (pre-seminal fluid) nullifies ablution (wudu') by the consensus of scholars. It necessitates ablution when one intends to engage in acts that require ritual purity, such as prayer or touching the Mus-haf (the Quranic text). If someone from whom madhy has exited performs ablution with the intention of performing an act that cannot be done without purity, their state of impurity is lifted, and they are not required to perform a second ablution. If they wish to pray again, renewing the ablution is recommended but not obligatory.
