- Is there a different fatwa concerning the approval of terms and conditions for internet programs and websites that include clauses such as: "submission to an exclusively specified jurisdiction," "irrevocable consent," "disputes arising from or related to the terms," or "the law of a certain country shall govern these terms," and could agreeing to these conditions be an act of disbelief (kufr) or a violation of Islamic Sharia, especially given the need for such programs?
