The answer

The (sacrificial offering) is a confirmed with great reward. There is no impediment for the one offering the sacrifice to intend by it the facilitation of marriage, as righteous deeds may be hoped to bring blessings and avert misfortunes. Among the causes for facilitating marriage are obedience to Allah and frequent supplication, such such as the supplication: "Our Lord, grant us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire," and "O Allah, rectify for me my religion, which is the safeguard of my affairs..." There is no specific narrated supplication for facilitating marriage, but the Udhiyah is among the acts of obedience that bring the happiness of this world and the Hereafter. It is also recommended to be patient and to maintain Allah's commands, and not to necessarily attribute delayed marriage to magic. It is recommended to divide the Udhiyah into three parts: for eating, for charity, and for gifting.
