What is the ruling on circulating farewell messages for the month of Ramadan, such as: "Oh, farewell evening for a month that has started packing its bags for the hour of separation; your departure is near, oh month of goodness. O Allah, return it to us for many years and extended times"?

There appears to be no impediment to circulating messages that remind people of the conclusion of seasons of goodness, such as bidding farewell to Ramadan (definition), for reflection on what has passed, and on who profited and who lost. Ibn Rajab, in his "Lata'if al-Ma'arif," mentioned a gathering for bidding farewell to Ramadan and cited the sayings of the Salaf regarding it.
