The answer

It is forbidden for a wife to leave her husband's house or her parents' house without his permission, except in cases of necessity, such as purchasing essentials. If she leaves without his permission, she is considered disobedient and rebellious (nashiz), and her maintenance () is forfeited. This is supported by the fact that Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, sought permission from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to visit her parents. It is incumbent upon the wife to obey her husband and acknowledge his rights, and upon her family to assist her in this and not to corrupt her against her husband. As for conditional divorce, if the husband's intention was to prevent her from leaving a specific place without his permission, then the divorce does not occur if she leaves another place. However, if his intention was general, then every instance of leaving without permission triggers a single divorce.
