The answer

The two rak'ahs after 'Isha' are confirmed . It is preferable to perform them after the 'Isha' prayer and before commencing the Tarawih. It is permissible to pray them by following the Imam in Tarawih, but it is not valid to combine them with Tarawih with a single intention.
