The answer

The phrases mentioned ("A Muslim is he from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe," "The Muhajir (emigrant) is he who abandons what Allah has forbidden," and "A Believer is he whom people trust") are authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and are among his concise yet comprehensive statements. They have been narrated in al-Bukhari and Musnad Imam Ahmad through different narrations from Abdullah ibn Amr, Anas ibn Malik, and Abu Hurairah.
