The answer

Disobeying one's parents is one of the gravest major sins, as the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Shall I not inform you of the greatest of the major sins?" They said, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah!" He said, "Associating partners with Allah, and disobeying one's parents." And he was reclining, then he sat upright and said, "And indeed, false speech." There is no authentic evidence to suggest that it nullifies good deeds, and the hadith reported regarding that has a weak chain of narration.
