The answer

The aforementioned is weak due to the anonymity of "al-Muthanna ibn Ibrahim al-Amili" and "Ibrahim ibn Abd al-Salam ibn Salih al-Qushayri," and the lack of confirmation that "Kinana al-Adawi" heard from Uthman ibn Affan.

As for the notion that the angel on the right (malak al-) is a guardian over the angel on the left (malak al-shamal), this is a fabricated hadith. It has been reported with weak and abandoned chains of transmission, which include narrators who are accused, deceptive (mudallisun), and prone to many errors.
