This is well-known but has no sound or weak origin, and it was not transmitted in the books of . A number of scholars, including Ibn Baz, Al-Uthaymeen, and Sheikh Mashhoor , have indicated that it has no origin. Other authentic hadiths regarding the straightening of rows suffice in its place.
