Is it permissible to accept a sound Mawquf Hadith that discusses the past history of the Ummah and its figures, and the conditions of the Day of Judgment, and what is the difference between an infallible and a non-infallible?

"Al-Mawquf" among the narrations refers to what is attributed to a Companion in terms of his saying. It carries the ruling of what is "Marfu'" (raised) to the Prophet, peace be upon him, if there is no room for personal opinion in it, and if it is not known that the Companion took from the People of the Book.

As for infallibility ('isma), it is protection from harm, and it is a characteristic exclusive to the prophets. Allah protected them in their conveyance (of the message) from concealment, falsehood, and major sins. Most scholars are of the opinion that they are not infallible from minor sins, but they do not persist in them.
