Is it true that wearing silk is forbidden for women in this world, and if they do so, they will not wear it in the Hereafter?

The aforementioned hadith (definition) was not reported, and perhaps the questioner is referring to the hadith narrated by Ibn Hibban: "Woe to women from the two red things: gold and safflower (dyed silk)," which scholars interpreted as referring to women who adorn themselves with gold, wear silk, and display themselves immodestly. Gold and silk are permissible for women by scholarly consensus, and it has been authentically reported from the Prophet, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, that he said: "Indeed, these two are forbidden to the males of my Ummah, but permissible for its females."
