Is this Hadith, which Gabriel narrated to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, concerning the Beautiful Names of Allah, authentic?

The aforementioned , "O Light of the heavens and the earth..." was narrated by Al-Tabarani with a weak chain of transmission, and it includes Salam Al-Taweel, who is abandoned (Matruk). A similar Hadith, with different wording, was narrated through Ibn Abbas: "O Originator of the heavens and the earth...", and Al-Albani graded it as fabricated (Mawdu').
