If the questioner is referring to the of Asma, which she narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, "O Asma, when a woman reaches the age of menstruation, it is not proper that anything should be seen of her except this and this," and he pointed to his face and hands, then the answer to it has already been provided. Sheikh Al-Albani is a meticulous scholar in the science of Hadith authentication (takhrij), but he is not infallible. One can benefit from his verifications and from the authentications of other scholars such as Ibn Hajar, Al-Iraqi, Al-Zayla'i, and others in verifying authentic Hadiths.
