The justice of Omar al-Faruq, may Allah be pleased with him, is definitively established by means of tawatur, which conveys certain knowledge, just like the bravery of Ali or the generosity of Hatim. This does not mean that everything narrated about him is authentic, as there is weak and fabricated material among it, as is the case with reports of biographies and history. It is not possible to meticulously go through all books of history and biographies to sift out the authentic from the weak, but one can inquire about a specific report or narration to research its status.
