What is the authenticity and explanation of the Hadith that describes the Sirat (Bridge) as being like the edge of a razor, and that the angels ask, "Whom will You allow to pass over this?" so it is said, "Whomever I wish from My creation," whereupon the angels say, "Glory be to You, we have not worshipped You as You deserve to be worshipped"?

This was narrated by Al-Hakim in Al-Mustadrak from Salman, from the
Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Al-Hakim said: "This Hadith is
authentic according to the conditions of Muslim." Ibn Rajab, however, countered
this by stating that it is mawquf (stopped) at Salman al-Farisi. Al-Musa (the
razor) is that with which one shaves, or an iron tool. The meaning of the Hadith
is clear.
