What is the authenticity of the hadith: "The one who points to good is like the one who does it," and does "good" only include calling to perform obligatory acts, or does it include good in general?

The two hadiths narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Ibn Hibban concerning guiding to good, and authenticated by Al-Albani, clarify that the one who guides to good receives a reward similar to that of its doer. It is clear from the reason for the hadith (definition) that this reward is not limited to obligatory acts, but rather includes every good to which a Muslim guides.
