The answer

The report narrated by Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Abdullah al-Shafi'i al-Bazzaz in "al-Fawa'id al-Ghailaniyat" about a woman named "Manus" who claimed to have seen the jinn who came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and that one of these jinn told her that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, asked about the location of his Lord before the creation of the heavens and the earth, and that He was "on a fish of light, swirling in light"; this report is not authentic.

The reason for its inauthenticity is the presence of "Abdullah ibn al-Husayn al-Massisi" in its chain of transmission, who is abandoned in and steals and alters reports. Moreover, the woman "Manus" is unknown in person and status.
