Is the hadith that mentions that the most hateful of the living to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, are Banu Umayyah, Banu Hanifah, and Thaqif, authentic according to the conditions of the two Shaykhs, despite their not having narrated it?

The hadith (definition) stating that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, detested Thaqif and Banu Hanifa (and Banu Umayyah in some narrations) is found in multiple sources such as Al-Mustadrak and Majma' Al-Zawa'id. Some scholars, like Al-Hakim, authenticated it, while others, like Shu'ayb Al-Arna'ut and Al-Albani, deemed it weak due to defects in the chain of narration, such as the obscurity of some narrators. Scholars explained the reason for this detestation as being due to Al-Hajjaj from Thaqif, Musaylimah from Banu Hanifa, and Ubayd Allah ibn Ziyad from Banu Umayyah.
