Is the head covering that is prohibited the same as the ghutra, and is it correct to describe someone who misses prayers as "afflicted with tardiness"?

Some scholars disliked wearing the taylasān (a type of head covering), because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, mentioned the Dajjal and said: "Seventy thousand from the Jews of Isfahan will emerge with him, wearing tayālisah." And due to the hadith (definition): "Whoever imitates a people is one of them," and "He is not one of us who imitates a people other than us." While others did not see it as disliked. As for the ghutra, wearing it is permissible. It falls under customs, not acts of worship, and is neither a Sunnah (definition) nor a necessity in religion. However, the wearer should not imitate women or disbelievers in what is specific to them.
