This exact wording has not been reported as a from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. However, supplicating against oppressors is permissible and lawful. Some of the early and later generations have made this supplication. Its permissibility is indicated by the fact that Allah takes revenge on the oppressor through another oppressor. It has been narrated from Imam Malik that he said: "Indeed, Allah takes revenge on an oppressor through another oppressor, and then He takes revenge on both of them." Therefore, there is no harm in supplicating against oppressors with this supplication.
