What is the authenticity of the hadith: "Do not strike your children for their crying; for their crying is: four months bearing witness that there is no god but Allah, and four months sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and four months supplicating for their parents"?

This Hadith (definition): "Do not strike your children for their crying, for a child's crying for four months is a testimony that there is no god but Allah, and for four months it is sending blessings upon Muhammad - peace be upon him - and for four months it is a supplication for their parents." This was narrated by Al-Khatib Al-Baghdadi in "Tarikh Baghdad" and he described it as "very deniable." And Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar said in "Lisan Al-Mizan" that it is "undoubtedly fabricated." Other imams have also mentioned it in books on fabricated narrations.
