The answer

There are prescribed supplications in prayer, some of which are recited between the two prostrations by saying: "O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, provide for me, and grant me well-being." And some are recited during prostration, because it is a place where supplications are answered and a means of drawing closer to Allah, so the servant should frequently supplicate therein. Likewise, after the and sending blessings upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and before the Tasleem, the worshipper may choose any supplication he wishes.
