The answer

The ruling on blood seen by a pregnant woman after a miscarriage varies depending on the aborted fetus. If the fetus shows signs of human creation, then it is (post-natal bleeding) blood. Otherwise, it is (irregular bleeding) blood. Accordingly, blood from a miscarriage in the fifth week is istihadah blood, which requires ablution for every prayer and taking precautions. The ' and fasting of a woman experiencing istihadah are valid if performed with their conditions and pillars.
