Is it permissible for a married woman to swear to her husband that he will not touch her?

A woman is not permitted to refuse her husband's touch at any time except during menstruation, post-natal bleeding (nifas (definition)), or anal intercourse, because Allah has made it permissible for him to enjoy her. It is obligatory for her to obey him if he calls her to his bed, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If a man calls his wife to his bed and she refuses, and he sleeps angry with her, the angels curse her until morning." Her refusal to him without a valid Shar'i excuse is forbidden. If she swore an oath not to let him touch her, then she has sworn an oath to commit a sin, and she must allow him to come to her and expiate for her oath.
