What should a couple do when their fetus dies at four months and three weeks of gestation, and should it be named and an 'aqiqah slaughtered for it?

A fetus is called a "miscarriage" (saqt) after four months, and it is to be washed, shrouded, prayed over, and buried with the Muslims. An 'aqiqah (definition) (sacrifice) is also offered for it. However, this is not the case before four months. The blood that exits with the fetus during this period is considered nifas (definition) (postnatal bleeding). Therefore, the woman should refrain from prayer and fasting, and it is forbidden for her husband to have intercourse with her.
