It is permissible for a mother to travel alone without a if your siblings need her care and there is no one else to care for them, provided she is safe, and this is due to necessity and dire need. However, if there is no necessity, her travel without a mahram is forbidden, and this is the view of the majority of scholars, except that the Malikis permitted her obligatory travel without a mahram if accompanied by safe company.
