Is the work of a representative in a company that sends students to Eastern European countries, knowing that some girls behave badly and that great fitna (temptation leading to sin) occurs (such as fornication and alcohol consumption) among the dispatched youth, considered haram (forbidden)?

If the company facilitates the travel of girls to Eastern European countries, and young men there fall into forbidden acts such as fornication and consuming alcohol, in addition to the prohibition of a woman traveling without a mahram (definition) and her studying in mixed-gender schools, then this work is unlawful. This is because it constitutes aiding in sin and aggression, and Allah Almighty has forbidden this, saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty."
