Is it true that, according to most scholars, a menstruating woman and a woman in post-natal bleeding do not recite any part of the Qur’an in the manner of tarteel?

The correct view is that it is permissible for a menstruating woman and a woman in post-natal bleeding to recite the Qur'an by heart at any time, based on the hadith (definition) of Aisha - may Allah be pleased with her - when she experienced menstruation during the Farewell Pilgrimage, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to her: "Do what a pilgrim does, except that you do not circumambulate the House until you become pure." The opinion held by some scholars, prohibiting it by analogy with a person in a state of major ritual impurity (junub), is incorrect due to the difference in their situations. The long duration of menstruation and post-natal bleeding might lead to forgetting what they have memorized from the Qur'an. And the hadith: "Neither the menstruating woman nor the junub person shall recite anything from the Qur'an" is weak.
