What is the ruling on the discharge of a few intermittent drops of blood after performing ghusl following menstruation in Ramadan, and is it considered menstruation?

Scholars have differed regarding purity (cessation of blood) during the menstrual period, whether it is considered a state of purity or not. Some consider it purity, while others believe that anything less than a day and a night is not considered purity. This is what Ibn Qudamah preferred, because blood may flow and then stop, and enjoining ghusl (definition) upon someone who purifies herself for an hour involves hardship.

The drops that appeared on the fourth and fifth day after purity are considered menses and are to be combined with the initial bleeding. Fasting is not valid with them, and ghusl is obligatory after their cessation.
