How is the civil retirement salary in Qatar divided upon the husband's death among his two wives, his adult children (whether they have completed their studies or not), the disabled son who receives a salary, and the married and unmarried daughters (whether they work or not)?

The pension due to an employee or worker transfers to their heirs after their death and is divided among them as part of the inheritance. Wives receive one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, and it is divided equally among them. The remainder goes to the children (the male receiving the share of two females). However, if the salary is a grant from the employer to the worker's dependents, it goes to whomever the granting authority designated. If no one was designated and it was specified for the heirs, then it is divided according to their prescribed Islamic shares.
