Is it permissible for an employee working at a car dealership to direct customers to another insurance company in exchange for a commission, given that his company does not provide insurance services, its interests are not affected by this referral, and this does not impact his dedicated work time?

Commercial insurance of all kinds is impermissible. Whoever assists in it has cooperated in sin and aggression. If the employer is not content with its performance, it is not permissible to do it, even if it takes a short time, for Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
