Is it permissible to sell products at a price lower than that set by the company, then compensate for the difference from another customer or enter the reduced price into the system without the company's knowledge, in order to retain customers?

It is not permissible to deviate from the price set by the company for the agent, because the agent's authority to act is limited to what has been authorized to him, and deviation is a breach of the principal's condition. Therefore, if the agent sells the goods for less than the specified price, he must compensate the company for the deficit unless the company absolves him. If he sells for more, the excess belongs to the company, unless the company authorizes him to take possession of it.
