Is it permissible to waste work time by the amount deducted from the salary unjustly, and is the manager entitled to deduct from the salary without prior agreement?

The employee is a "private wage-earner" who is entitled to their salary if they perform the required work in full. If they fail to do the work without an excuse, or damage something due to negligence or aggression, then they are liable, and the employer has the right to deduct the value of the damage or error from their salary. If the deduction is excessive or unjustified, the employee must complain to the authorities or resort to the Sharia (definition) court. It is not permissible for the employee to reclaim their disputed right through unlawful means such as deliberate absenteeism or theft.
