The answer

You must return the amount to the employer unless they absolve you of it, in which case the reward for your charity will be yours. It is not permissible to give charity from another's money if it is possible to return it to its owner. You are not obligated to pay anything to your friend who paid the hundred, as you did not authorize him. Similarly, it is not permissible for you to pay it to the employee, as it is a forbidden bribe. You may demand the hundred from him. It is not permissible to deceive the employer, as this is a betrayal and consuming wealth unlawfully.
