The answer

The Muslim employee must fulfill the contract with his employer. Doctors signing in for 24-hour shifts and then leaving during that time to work elsewhere or for no valid excuse involves breach of contract, lying, deception, earning unlawful money, and disruption of work. The manager's knowledge does not make this permissible. Employees must repent and commit to performing their duties.
